World Smile Day with a ROAR!

The first Friday of October is World Smile Day, which is celebrated with the motto, “Do an act of kindness, make one person smile.” - a quote from the creator of the smiley face, Harvey Bell.  

 

 The morning rain didn’t stop the ELC from celebrating with shades of yellow, special treats, and all things smiley!  Random acts of kindness were seen throughout the building, from the Woot Woot Wagon to Roary’s ROAR of Recognition being awarded to Ms. Karen and Ms. Liliana for their dedication and commitment to bringing happiness, joy, and hard work to their classrooms every day, it was a day filled with happiness and SMILES!
