Board of Education

One of the most important responsibilities of the superintendent and the board of education is to establish a vision, mission, and strategic direction for a school district. Developing a shared focus and clear direction are essential characteristics of a high-performing school district. This is most effectively accomplished by working collaboratively with all stakeholders to create a comprehensive blueprint for success from which all decisions are measured and assessed.
