The sun was shining and the temperature was perfect for the District 123 Community Leaf Raking Day on November 11, 2023. Over 100 volunteers raked leaves for Oak Lawn and Hometown community members who may have difficulty doing it on their own. Together, these volunteers raked 40 yards.
A huge thank you goes out to the volunteers of all ages who help make this event possible and successful each year, as we have honored this decade-long tradition of servicing the Oak Lawn-Hometown community.
