Strategic Plan 2025-2030

Following an extensive process, the District 123 Board of Education approved the new District 123 Strategic Plan in December 2024.

The strategic plan will help to guide the district through 2030. The December 2024 approval ends the planning process which included collecting input and feedback from the entire Oak Lawn & Hometown communities. Insight and information was gathered through a community-wide survey that received hundreds of responses and targeted focus groups which included family members of all school communities, students, faculty, staff, and even graduates of District 123 now attending area high schools.
