Requests for Bids are let from the Business Office with advertisements for bids being placed in The Chicago Sun Times a minimum of ten (10) days prior to the opening of bids. Vendors submitting bids must be in compliance with federal and state regulations regarding Equal Employment Opportunity, the Illinois Fair Employment Practices Act, and the Sexual Harassment Act.
