Facility Usage

Any organizations within and neighboring Oak Lawn-Hometown School District 123 are eligible to use the school facilities upon approval of its written application to the Superintendent or his/her designee, at a fee to be determined in conformity with Board of Education policy. All facility use applications are considered on a first come, first served basis.

Completed applications should be returned to your school’s main office for approval.
