8th Grade Students Revisit Elementary Schools

8th Grade Students

Graduation is right around the corner and to kick off the celebrations 8th-grade students took one last walk through the elementary buildings they once called home.

Earlier today 8th graders dressed in their graduation gowns took buses to their respective elementary schools to be cheered through the hallways by students and their former teachers, a positive way to send the graduating class off to their next adventure.

“Our District 123 family celebrates success together! Graduation walks provide our entire school district the opportunity to share the accomplishment and pride of our 8th grade graduates. Having our graduates visit their elementary alma mater and share their success with our entire school community is inspiring for everyone who believes in working together to make a positive difference in the lives of children.” said Superintendent Dr. Paul Enderle

Each Student was led through the halls of their feeder school as each grade level came out to cheer and congratulate them on their upcoming graduation.

District administrators and faculty members were in each building to wish our graduates well. Check out all the fun in the tweets below!
