For the past few weeks, Sward has celebrated student success in many ways. One of Mr. Gannon’s students was honored with Dr. Enderle’s Superintendent Perseverance Award—we are so proud of her! Additionally, our littlest Eagles were recognized for their effort and growth on the MAP test with a special edition Eagle feather.
Celebrating student success cultivates an environment where learning is not just about meeting requirements but about personal and academic growth. By acknowledging and appreciating achievements, we help shape confident, motivated, and resilient individuals. Additionally, it inspires peers to set higher goals, fosters a sense of camaraderie, and highlights the value of perseverance.
Sward students participated in the Chicago Wolves Read to Succeed program. As a celebration Skates the Mascot visited classrooms and shared a few of his favorite hockey books. This community initiative encourages students to make reading a fun and rewarding part of life. Keep reading, Eagles!
We are incredibly proud of our students as they continue to "Soar to New Heights" in 2025!
