There is No Substitute for a Great Substitute Teacher!

Sward’s substitute teachers continue to step up and service students in a teacher’s absence. Substitute teachers connect with kids, provide a classroom management structure and an individual spin on the daily lessons. Mrs. Bischoff, a substitute teacher, stated she enjoys working at Sward school.  “The students and staff are very welcoming to me. This positive environment at Sward makes for a great school to sub at. I enjoy coming back.”

 

Mrs. Rowan, a ten year veteran substitute teacher, values the level of respect in elementary schools.  “Sward’s teachers, staff and students show me a high level of respect and I keep coming back when they call me.  Additionally, as a substitute teacher finding a school with delicious treats in the staff lounge is a bonus. Let me tell you Sward school has the best treats!”  Mrs. Rowan enjoys reading aloud to the students and welcomes playing at centers with our Kindergarteners.
