Prepare for Fall Family Conferences!

Prepare for Fall Family Conferences!

On Thursday, October 17th, and Friday, October 18th, D123 will be hosting Fall Family Conferences! These conferences provide students with an opportunity to discuss their learning, showcase their progress, and set new goals through student-led discussions. By actively participating, students take ownership of their education and gain a deeper understanding of their growth.

To prepare for the conferences, students should ensure their slides, provided by their teachers, are fully completed and ready to present. These slides allow students to self-reflect, display their grades in core classes, set new winter goals for NWEA, provide work samples, upcoming events, and school information. Students should check their grades in Skyward and complete any missing assignments to improve their overall grade. Lastly, students should review their NWEA Math and ELA scores which will help them identify areas for growth in preparation for the winter and spring NWEA test. In the end, a thoughtful preparation will ensure that students are ready to reflect on their progress and make plans for continued success!
