Last Thursday, January 11th, Van Gogh School Photography came to OLHMS for 8th grade picture day! Excitement ran through the hallways as students arrived at school, running to their friends to see what glamorous and beautiful outfit they wore. In the auxiliary gym, volunteer parents and Van Gogh School Photographers were set up and ready to capture our 8th grade students’ picture.
As students were called by advisory to the auxiliary gym to get their picture taken, the emotions of some students were running from excitement to nervousness. When Sophia was asked how she was feeling about picture day, she said “it is very surreal. I can’t believe how fast my 8th grade year is going by!”
Although we are halfway through the school year, our students have many memories left to make!
