OLHMS Boys Basketball and Girls Volleyball Begins Next Week!

After a long and restful winter break, our boy basketball and girls volleyball teams are ready to take on their competition this year! For our OLHMS Boys Basketball program, Coach Fisher and Coach Dare are both returning and are ready for their first game against Simmons next Thursday, January 19th. Even though their first game is on the road, our Mustangs are determined to start off their season strong with a win. When Manny was asked what he is looking forward to the most this season, he said “Since this is my first year on the basketball team, I’m looking forward to being part of the program, having fun, and making it far in the playoffs.” 

For our OLHMS Girls Volleyball program, Coach Merkle and Coach Lopez are both returning and ready for their first home game next Thursday against Simmons. When Lexie was asked what she was looking forward to this volleyball season, she stated “I’m looking forward to having fun with my teammates and making new memories.” Good luck to our Mustangs!
