In October, the Kolmar 1st graders took a trip to Konow's farm. The field trip connected to what they were learning in science about the Earth, seasons, and life cycles. The students, teachers, and chaperones all had an absolute blast. Some of the highlights were taking a ride on the hayride, jumping in the bounce house, playing in the corn pit, and seeing the animals. Students also got to take home a pumpkin. How awesome! The 1st graders are already asking when their next field trip will be! Thank you to the amazing 1st grade teachers for planning such a special day, and to all who volunteered!
