A few weeks ago the Kolmar kindergarteners took their first field trip to Brookfield Zoo. They are learning about living and nonliving things in science and they also have been learning about different animal habitats, so the zoo was the perfect place to tie it all together! The students got to see TONS of animals. Some of their favorite parts of the day were riding the carousel, feeding the birds, petting the goats, and playing on the playground! A wonderful time was had by all and it was an overall awesome experience. Thank you to all of our chaperones for donating your time to help our students learn and play. Huge thanks to our kindergarten teachers for putting together such an awesome field trip!
