May is Brain Tumor Awareness month. Here at Kolmar we are always looking for ways to support pediatric brain cancer research in honor of our beloved student, Abby Wujcik. Abby sadly passed away after courageously fighting her battle with cancer in 2013. This year all of our May smencil sale proceeds will be going to the Live Like Abby Foundation. The smencil sale will be held on Tuesday, May 16th. Smencils will be sold for $1 each. The money raised by Live Like Abby and the John McNicholas Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation goes towards funding pediatric brain tumor research. We are happy to donate anything we can to this cause, but there is still so much work to be done in finding a cure.
