The Kolmar gym was filled with laughter, amazement, and magic on Friday. This is all thanks to the amazing Tim Hanning and his “Pro-Kids” assembly. Not only was he doing amazing magic tricks that were blowing the students’ (and teachers’) minds, he was also teaching some really important lessons on honesty, courage, and respect. His most important message was teaching our students to become Pro-Kids, or “People Respecting Others.” Third grader Ralph B. said “I was laughing so hard I was losing my mind. I really liked when he brought kids up to help, that was so fun.” Safe to say that our first in person assembly in a while was a huge success! Students walked away with sore cheeks from smiling and laughing so hard and with skills that will help them to be people respecting others each and every day.
