A fun time at the Hometown Family Dance.
Students and families filled the gymnasium on Friday, March 15 and enjoyed an evening together at the first annual Hometown Family Dance. The dance was a fun spring theme! The tables were adorned with beautiful flower balloon towers, and the neon glow spread throughout the event. Parents and kiddos were treated to a dinner of pizza and salad. After enjoying some time chatting over their dinners, families made their way down to the big gym where the DJ had the music pumping!! There was a vendor available to purchase glow sticks and other fun items. There were sweet treats for everyone to enjoy! Families line danced to the "Electric Slide," got down with the "Chicken Dance" and so much more. There were a lot of sweaty kids by the end of the night.....a sign that a good time was had by all. Thank you to the Hometown PTA (and especially Cynthia and Kim) for organizing this fun event.
