Wheel of Wisdom contestants
Today marked a fantastic winter celebration at Hannum filled with fun, laughter and learning. The assembly was called, "Wheel of Wisdom," inspired by the popular game show Wheel of Fortune. Students eagerly participated as contestants, spinning the category wheel, and answering questions for points. Music was thumping and hearts were pumping as each grade level team tried to win. The game was separated by K-2 and 3-5 classrooms. In a memorable final round, teachers faced off for a few questions and then had a dance off to the Macarena!!! Students cheered as they voted for the best teacher team.
This celebrations was the perfect way to kick of the new year of 2025 and brought eveyone together in a spirit of teamwork. Here's to the new year and a continuation of our collective efforts as a school community.
