This December is packed with many noteworthy events that culminate with Winter Break starting 12/22. Starting on Monday, December 11, Hannum will have a calendar of events to make the next two weeks quite eventful. Hannum staff dressed up the first two weeks with various themes and now there is a themed calendar of fun things students can wear such as: pajamas, Hawaiian wear, and ugly sweaters. The winter concert is another exciting event for K-2 students to show off their musical talents as directed by Mrs. Heminger and Ms. Glickis. Our very talented music teachers put together wonderful productions that students are proud to participate in. The concert commences at 2:00 and it is highly recommended that parents sign up to attend before the date of the performance. Lastly, there will be another Bear Booth visit on December 15. Although December marks the beginning of the winter season with shorter days and longer nights, the Hannum community is striving to make these next few weeks merry and bright.
