The beginning of the school year is always exciting. As teachers welcome their new students, they plan activities to allow students to get to know one another better. All of the back to school actitivites help build a sense of community within the classroom. Miss Formica, a fourth grade teacher, had her students create a human knot and then challenged them to undo it! The students had to communicate and work together and they did “knot” disappoint! You know what they say, teamwork makes the dream work!
