This past week, students in Mrs. Conner's class created "Gratitude Bags." Each bag contained two objects that students chose. Students then shared why they chose those items with their classmates. Mrs. Conner said, " It was so nice to take a minute to appreciate the things we already have!" No only did this activity allow students to reflect on the many things they have to appreciate, but it also allowed for kindergarten collaboration! Mrs. White's class and Mrs. Diaz's class joined and participated in a gallery walk. They also asked Mrs. Conner's students questions about their bags.
