This Presidents’ Day, our third-grade students didn’t just learn about past presidents—they stepped into the role themselves! As part of a special classroom project, students imagined what they would do if they were President of the United States.
From helping the environment to ensuring kindness in every school, our young leaders had big ideas for making the world a better place. Some students shared their goals of making sure everyone feels safe and protected while others focused on improving playgrounds and parks for all families to enjoy.
This engaging lesson reminded our students that no matter how young they are, their ideas and actions matter. Who knows? We may have a future president sitting in our very own classroom!
