This week, students returned from winter break ready to set goals for the rest of the school year. They created resolutions and set goals, from improving reading skills to mastering math facts.
Students also participated in a Healthy Brain Workshop, learning how good sleep, nutrition, and self-affirmations keep their minds strong. They created affirmation cards with messages like, “I am smart and capable,” to stay motivated and ended the activity with a fun strong brain directed drawing.
With clear goals and a focus on well-being, students are ready to make this year their best yet!
