In the spirit of a fresh start, second grade students embraced the tradition of making a New Year's resolutions. Students made academic goals and personal goals on what they wanted to work on this year! One activity student's loved participating in was the one word challenge. By choosing one word students will be able to use that word as their guide and inspiration for the New Year. This new way of approaching resolutions helps foster a growth mindset in our students and also allows them to reflect and grow throughout the year. We can't wait to see how they will work on their one word throughout the year!
