I chose to become an educator because:

I have wanted to be a teacher for as long as I remember. I had many great teachers during my years in school. I wanted to inspire students to reach their potential and work hard to achieve only their very best, like I was inspired to do my very best. I became a teacher to honor those that came before me and filled me with hope, inspiration, and the ability to be a part of something bigger than me.

I publish information about my classroom and keep my families informed by:

I post my information on Google classroom.

Google

Google Classroom is District 123’s web-based platform that makes it easy for teachers to create classes, distribute assignments and communicate with students and families.

You can find your student’s Google Apps for Education Username and Password under the Portfolio tab in Skyward Family Access.

***Please use caution when accessing your student’s Google account. You are digitally working/acting as them and changes you make to files – folders – emails – etc… will affect their live school account. Encourage your child to sit next to you and show-off their work and show you around their digital learning environment.***
