New Program Brings The Past into the Classroom

Oak Lawn-Hometown District 123 is one of few schools in the nation to pilot a new program from Google for Education. Google Expedition: Augmented Reality, is similar to the original Google Expedition, however, instead of taking the student to different locations using virtual reality, the program brings objects to the students in the classroom. Check out the video to see how 8th graders at OLHMS use the program to check out objects from WWI and WWII.
