Welcome to the 2017-18 school year. As always, we are extremely excited about the new school year and the opportunity it brings to serve our students and partner alongside families in the Oak Lawn and Hometown community. We hope everyone shares our enthusiasm as we begin upon our learning journey this year.
During the last few years we have collectively developed a one-word theme to help us navigate the road ahead. Our one-word theme for the 2017-18 school year is INSPIRE.
Our focus will expand upon our District’s core vision and mission by concentrating on the 3 “T’s” of organizational culture; trust, togetherness, and thoughtfulness. These tenets will further encourage us to serve the needs of our learning community in an inclusive and caring fashion, while striving to work together to maximize our collective strength as a community. Through building collaborative partnerships, exercising effective communication, and maintaining strong relationships we will seek to INSPIRE those within our school community in always feeling both included and valued.
Through your continued support and partnership we know the best learning experiences are on the horizon for our children as we embark on what will surely be a successful 2017-18 school year!
See you in school,
Paul J. Enderle, Ed.D.
