Annual Ed Foundation Golf Outing

This year more than 60 golfers came out to the Ed Foundation’s Annual Golf Outing. The sunny day was a perfect way for Oak Lawn-Hometown District 123 families, and friends to kick off summer and raise money for the Ed Foundation.

Through this year’s outing participants raised more than $8,670 for mini-grants that directly benefit D123 students and teachers. The Ed Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation that was established in 1991 through the good efforts of the School District and dedicated friends in the community. Its purpose is to attract private monies to fund and advance special innovative educational projects/programs that would not normally be supported by tax dollars.
